Jellyfish are often associated with adaptability, intuition and surrender. Unlike so much of life, they don’t try to control the direction of the water around them. They move with it — adjusting, floating and trusting the current to carry them forward.
Against the strength and structure of the reef, there is something beautiful about that softness.
For me, this painting is a reminder that strength doesn’t always mean pushing harder or knowing exactly where we’re going. Sometimes strength is allowing ourselves to soften, adapt and trust the direction life is taking us.
The reef represents connection and belonging, while the jellyfish represents the freedom to move through change without losing who we are.
A quiet reminder that sometimes we don’t need to fight the current. We just need to trust where it is taking us.
